If your Owlet and device are not communicating, try the steps below:
- Turn the power to the GlowBoard/CubeTower off and back on. You will see the disconnection alert appear. When powered back on, your Owlet should reconnect automatically. If not, tap the disconnection alert and reconnect to the device.
- Close and reopen the Owlet app, then reconnect to the device.
- Check the battery status of the GlowBoard/CubeTower. If it is low (red), the Kindle may not be able to keep a connection to the device.
