Sometimes it takes up to a minute for the name to show up. If waiting 60 seconds does not solve the problem, try the following steps.
- Turn off your GlowBoard/CubeTower and power back on.
- Check the battery status of GlowBoard/CubeTower. If it is low (red), your device may not be able to detect the Owlet.
- Close and reopen the Owlet app.
- Try rebooting your device.
- If all else fails, make sure location and Bluetooth services have been enabled for the app.
