How do I fix Finch 2.0's battery?

If your Finch 2.0 is not turning on, this could indicate one of the following causes:

1. The battery is not seated properly in the holder. To correct this, please open the battery door and push the battery into the holder with enough force to depress the springs in the Finch. You can see this procedure in the video below.
   
   
2. The battery is no longer holding a charge. You can test this by switching batteries with a working Finch using the same video below. If swapping the battery works, then you will need a replacement battery. Please send an email to support@birdbraintechnologies.com so we can assist you in procuring a replacement!
