All Owlet apps need location and Bluetooth permission in order to find your Owlet tool. When you first install the app, you will need to select "Allow" for both services.
If you have done the above and it is still not working, it may be caused by disabled location services in the Google Play settings menu. To find this menu and enable location services, please watch the video below.
